How do I subtract Benefit Time using Global Edits?

 
  1. Select Timecards in the navigation list.
  2. Select Global Edits.
  3. In the employee list, select which employee or employees you desire to add benefit time to.
  4. In the Task drop down menu select Add Benefit Time.
  5. Under Pay Code, select each Pay Code you wish to subtract time from.
  6. Enter the amount for each Pay Code you would like to subtract.  Press the - symbol on your computer keyboard to make it a negative amount.
  7. Under Reason, type a reason for the subtraction for each selected pay code.
  8. Press Save.

Note: Caution should be used with this function. No audit trail is retained when subtracting benefit time using this method.
