How do I subtract Benefit Time using Global Edits?
- Select Timecards in the navigation list.
- Select Global Edits.
- In the employee list, select which employee or employees you desire to add benefit time to.
- In the Task drop down menu select Add Benefit Time.
- Under Pay Code, select each Pay Code you wish to subtract time from.
- Enter the amount for each Pay Code you would like to subtract. Press the - symbol on your computer keyboard to make it a negative amount.
- Under Reason, type a reason for the subtraction for each selected pay code.
- Press Save.
Note: Caution should be used with this function. No audit trail is retained when subtracting benefit time using this method.
